These Terms govern your use of the FG Local website and services, provided by Flight Growth LLC ("FG Local," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
FG Local provides software and automation advisory services to small home-service businesses, delivered as a monthly retainer (scheduled working sessions plus limited between-session support) along with separately scoped project work. This website is informational. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are agreed directly between you and FG Local.
No guarantee of results
We bring real experience and judgment, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, savings, revenue, or results. Outcomes depend on your business, your participation, and factors outside our control. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.
Engagement and payment
The monthly retainer is billed on a recurring basis as agreed at signup. Project work beyond the retainer is quoted, and approved by you, before any work begins. Specific billing, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the access and cooperation reasonably needed for us to help you, and to use anything we build lawfully and as intended.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this website are owned by FG Local unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is addressed in your engagement agreement.
Third-party tools
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FG Local is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
SMS / Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from FG Local. These messages relate to your inquiry and engagement, such as replies, scheduling, and follow-up about the work we are doing together.
Consent is not a condition of contacting us or purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at info@fglocal.com.
