Why I do this

I'm a Christian. Following Jesus shapes how I live, how I treat people, and how I run this business.

You don't need to share my faith to work with me. But it's an important part of who I am, and I wanted to share a little about it.

How that shapes my work

I want to do good work, be honest with you, and follow through on what I say. That means being clear about what something costs, owning my mistakes, and telling you when I don't think a project is worth your money.

I believe my work matters to God. Colossians 3:23 says to work "heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." That applies to the work itself and to how I treat the person trusting me with it.

I don't always get it right. Following Jesus means taking responsibility when I fall short and trying to make it right.

A little of my story

I grew up going to church and came to faith as a kid. Understanding what it meant to follow Jesus took longer.

A lot of that learning came through mistakes. I was good at finding reasons to excuse things I knew were wrong. Sometimes I just chose what I wanted and took God's grace for granted.

Jesus said, "If you love me, you will keep my commandments" (John 14:15). I've come to understand that obedience is part of loving him. I want that to show up in the way I actually live.

I'm still learning and still growing. My desire is to become more faithful to him in every part of my life, including this business.

What I believe

There's something I'd want you to know whether or not we ever work together.

All of us have sinned. We've gone our own way, hurt other people, and fallen short of what God asks of us. I'm included in that. Before a holy God, we deserve judgment, and we can't make ourselves right with him by trying harder or doing enough good things.

But God loves us. Jesus lived without sin, died for our sins, and rose from the dead. Through him, we can be forgiven and have new life. That's a gift of grace, received through faith.

Romans 5:8 says, "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." That's the hope I have, and it's the hope I'd want you to have too.

Following Jesus doesn't mean life becomes easy. It means we have someone to turn to, someone who understands our weakness and helps us keep going. He invites us to bring our burdens to him, and through his Spirit he gives us strength to face what's in front of us.

I trust him with my life and my future. I believe he'll keep his promises, even when I can't see how things will work out.
